As of now, IIT Kanpur has not announced the exact time of declaration of JEE Advanced results 2018. All the candidates who appeared for the exam are advised to keep a close check on the official website of IIT JEE Advanced 2018.
As per reports, the examination scores, as well as all-India rankings of JEE Advanced 2018, will be released on the same day i.e. June 10.

- Log on to the official website, results.jeeadv.ac.in
- On the homepage, click on ‘JEE Advanced Result 2018’
- Enter all the required details in the space provided
- Click on the submit
- Results will be displayed on the screen
- Download the same and take print out of the same for future use.
Gujarat HC refuses to stay the IIT JEE Advanced 2018:
The Gujarat High Court on Friday refused to put a stay on the declaration of JEE Advanced examination results which is scheduled to be declared on June 10, saying the announcement of the results has all-India ramification.
“Justice Biren Vaishnav ordered that the results of the JEE (Advanced) for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology for 2018, will be subject to further orders that may be passed on the next date,” as per recent PTI report.

Further, the website of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority-2018 was launched on Wednesday.
Registration and choice filling for the academic programme:
As per latest information, the registration and choice filling for the academic programme under the authority would begin on June 15.
All the candidates who appeared for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) can fill their choice from June 18 onwards.
IIT JEE Advanced 2018: Paper pattern
- The JEE Advanced 2018 examination was conducted only in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode
- Every candidate was assigned a computer terminal at the examination centre
- The exam consisted of two compulsory question papers – Paper 1 (9 am to 12 pm) and Paper 2 (2 pm to 5 pm).
A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in consecutive years.
JEE Advanced 2018 paper analysis:
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2018 was conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur on May 20 in two sessions i.e. Paper I from 9 am to 12 noon and Paper II from 2 pm to 5 pm.
All the students who appeared for the exam found that the overall level of paper was moderate but not easy. Some students reported that Mathematics was easy but Physics relatively difficult.
According to reports, 166,204 students appeared for the JEE Advanced 2018.
