Whether it’s a yoga session or a trip to the gym, exercising in the morning gives you a boost of energy for the day. It will help wake up your body, and prep you for your day, increase flexibility and muscle strength, helping you maintain a balanced metabolism, and giving you more energy and vitality.
2. Practice mindfulness
Mindfulness meditation brings you huge benefits in terms of productivity and overall well-being. According to research reports, mindfulness reduces your stress, improves your ability to focus, boosts creativity, and increases your emotional intelligence.
3. Drink water and eat healthy
After eight hours of sleep (or six or four), your body is probably quite dehydrated. The very first thing you should do in the morning is drink a glass of water which helps you feel more alert, rehydrates your body, and kick-starts your metabolism.
Eat your breakfast; it is a no-brainer. It gives the nutrients and energy needed to jumpstart your day.
4. Plan your day
You actually maximize your potential by planning out your schedule for the day, as well as your goals and to dos. Using the mornings to do big-picture thinking helps you prioritize the most important action items of the day, and make certain that you can fit everything into your schedule.
5. Write down things you are grateful for

Also, you must avoid beginning your day angry or annoyed at anyone, just avoid it altogether. Do something relaxing, which sets a calm, positive tone for your day.
Your morning ritual can be simpler yet. Start with an easy task such as making your bed. It may seem to be a small task, but by cultivating a habit of it, you will be able to start your day off on the right foot, with a clear mind and a clean room. You’ll feel good when you get back to home and your place looks neat and tidy.
7. Put your most creative, challenging work first
You probably already know the expression “eat that frog,” as in, handle the tough task first. Be attentive about doing the important work first. Study your most difficult topic first in the morning; you can see you are able to understand it better.
